Major League Electronics for Headers and IDC Cable Assemblies

Connector and cable assembly specialists Major League Electronics launch .050" x .050" pitch ribbon cable assemblies and latching PCB headers.

  

IDC cable assemblies are an economic alternative to Samtec FFSD range, terminating to .025" pitch ribbon cable they provide tiny footprint alternative to traditional larger pitch IDC solutions. Socket width is a tiny .120" with terminated height of .200".

Latched PCB headers are available in SMT and thru hole with straight and right angle options. Latches allow use in high vibration applications, while polarization ensures correct mating.

Fully mated height of 'plugged' header and cable assembly is just .433" with a width of only .220".
The new range offers 6-64 circuits and is supplied in high temperature Nylon for RoHS reflow production.
